Tarethel is very much an elf in form and figure -- though he's taller than almost all men, he has the birdlike thinness and seeming frailty of his people. Fair skinned, but dark-haired and dark of eye, he typically wears light robes in the city, though when traveling he switches to much more practical gear. He is never parted from the long bow he wears on his back, though in town it is typically unstrung.
He is a recent arrival to town and hasn't spoken much about his past, but he's been observed offering blessings and minor benedictions to those who ask, or are in need. The holy symbol he wears openly is that of Corellon, chief god of the elves.
